The Secret Ingredient is a personal chef service that specializes in therapeutic cooking. We support clients by creating custom meals that accomodate a wide variety of health conditions, food sensitivities, allergies and dietary restrictions. We also help families and new parents with meal support, and provide meals for weight management.

We serve the greater Seattle area and the Eastside (Bellevue, Bothell, Edmonds, Issaquah, Kenmore, Kirkland, Lynnwood, Mercer Island, Newcastle, North Bend, Redmond and Sammamish, Snohomish and Woodinville) as well as the South Puget Sound including Kent, Auburn, Federal Way, Puyallup, Tacoma and surrounding areas.

Meal Planning

We offer custom meal planning for your specific needs and sensitivities. We offer two types of packages:

  • Meal plan and recipes for one full week (16-20 recipes total), including an ingredients list if desired

  • Ongoing recipe subscription for meal planning and recipes each week or twice a month (3-5 recipes, depending on your needs)
