Finally! After months of planning, refining and field testing, we are thrilled to announce our paleo meals delivery service.
We offer organic, gluten free, dairy and egg optional meals for delivery on the Eastside including Redmond, Bellevue, Sammamish, Issaquah and parts of Kirkland and Woodinville.
Those of you on our email list have been receiving weekly emails with fresh and frozen menu options available in our store.

Here are the details of how the service works:
Frozen meals are available in the store anytime, Monday-Friday for delivery the following day, usually by 6pm. We have a great selection of frozen sides, entrees, desserts and, of course, our famous chicken patties!
Fresh meals are available Monday and Tuesday. Each week on Tuesday, we will send out a menu with a small number of dishes, usually consisting of a soup, entrée, salad, side dish and desert. You can choose any of the items and quantities that you like. Most of our clients stock up for the week! Orders have to be placed by Friday, end of day for fresh meals. We will deliver your order on the following Monday or Tuesday, whichever you prefer, by 6pm.
There is a small delivery fee, based on the based on the total amount ordered:
$1-74: $7 delivery charge
$75-$149: $5 delivery charge
$150 and up: free
Each menu item has the full list of ingredients available. We can customize the meals, up to a point. Contact us with any questions.
